I've been doing a lot of research and practicing for a few years on different things for superior health. Here's my two-cents. #1: Green/white tea (not water. Drinking tons of water can be hard on the kidney's. It also has no nutrients, whereas all natural green/white tea has loads of antioxidants). Water also cools the body temperature, when training the idea is to have raised body temperature (burn fat, ect). #2: Hindu pushups, hindu squats, and bridging! Handstand pushups, v-ups, and hill sprints, ect. (long jogs aren't nearly as good). Wearing a weighted vest helps too. #3: Noni-juice! Probably better than any multi-vitamin out there. A sample of it can be found at www.glacialmilk.net/NoniComplete.htm. Although I've found drinking room-temperature water as soon as you wake up in the morning is very beneficial. Clears the body from dried mucus, dust/hair that gets breathed in during the night, and kick-starts your metabolism!
