Yep handstand push ups rule. Even if you aren't looking for more strength it really helps you control yourself when on your hands.

handstand push ups... thats not my league
a good thing to do is taking a cold shower (or at least a cool one) its also good to switch between cold and warm under the shower. it really gets your blood circulation going!
im shure handstand is a very good exercise but i just dont get it right, however headstand is easy and it also turns your body around (excuse my english) which is also good for you (they also do it alot in yoga)

um, I dont do anything special diet wise but for brekky I have ready brek along with half a pint of water and a banana, oh and a cod liver oil tab.
Lunch I have pasta, ham and cheese (I eat so much pasta I could put china out of business...or wherever pasta comes from)
and for dinner I have whatever my mum makes me as long as its healthy.
....I pop into KFC once a month....WHAAAT?!

pasta?? that would be italy.... heres a tip i picked up...try and drink your *water* a little while before you eat...drinking whilst your eating is good an all but alot of it becomes soaked up by the food and trapped so you cannot absorb it... Good sources of energy are nuts...any kind... Oh and cut back on the choc...it gives you the wrong type of energy bursts..... ill be back if i think of anything else...

Of course a small amount of choc just before you do a small burst of high intensity exercise is a good thing. Not for me because i can't stand the stuff but for those of you who do.
Drinking water while you eat, well your right that it is absorbed by the food but it also helps your body digest the food correctly. Your best bet is to drink it before you eat, while you eat, after you eat and every other time during the day aswell. ;D
I have read alot about the nutritional value of nuts but i can't stand them either so i am screwed, i will stick with the aduki beans, thats enough for me.

Tai Chi or Taijiquan must be learnt from a teacher and a good one...books teachign tai chi i think are a joke..we teach it but a good source in Britain is Tai Chi Onine... There is a link on the www.bccma.com website... I'll find some more when i get home
