ya and also have a banana or a yogurt in the morning it because it gives you the protein and energy that you need (wich is inportant if you going to do any training of any kind)

lol, yeah but fish is great, i mean great. Fish are hardcore, anything that has "good fat" in it has to be. Also good protein to calorie ratio's.

another advice from me, in the morning have an egg (it doenst matter how) but dont have tea by it self!!! have banana or any other fruit..
AND EAT 4 hours before you do any physical excerise and also drink 'super malt' drink becuase that reduces the latic acid from the body after training and it also restores the lost enegy (not all of it lol..) which is quite inportant and lastly after training EAT some thing small e.g toast, bread..
these advice was told to me by my GYM instructor..
i hope it helps..

I havnt used the lifts for 2 half months now ;D!!! i also told my friend to beat me up if he see's me using the lifts ;)lol.... when i was in college they had no to lift so that was a good thing i managed to build my leg mucles just by walking up 5th floors every weekdays (just to get to my class room...). i hope this is useful to you guys.

That is true. Some american companies are making life more difficult for there employees in an attempt to curb the obesity problem. This includes taking away lifts and escalators, making it a longer walk to the car park. Making life generaly less comfortable can increase fitness. I think this only has much of a difference for the unhealthy though, for people who already have a training program and are active in general i doubt it makes to much difference, but why not try it.
