Hey guys, im sure like me, that you have some sort of fitness programme that you do.
Well if you want to take it to the next level here is a very simple idea yet its very very effective.
Do your normal fitness and rest up till the afternoon. When your sitting down watching tv (for example) relax and enjoy until the adverts start.... when they do start do some sit ups&push ups, Set yourself an amount to do. Make sure you dont add to many reps because adverts are every 15 mins, lasting 5 mins which takes its toll after an hour or so. Personally I bang out 25 push ups and 45 sit ups (crunches) each advert for about 2 hours, by that time I cant feel my arms and my lower back is killing me but you deffo see results and quickly!
So try to find something in your free time which you can add this idea too and it will help out alot. Good luck.
G-man.

I do that graftin, it makes the adverts alot more interesting. Saying that though all the programmes i actually like i have taped and then fast forward through the adverts so i don't do it often. Still, a very good idea, integrating exercise into everyday life as much as possible is always a good thing.

Training...well i do about four hours training of wushu or shaolin kung fu depending on the day - wednesdays is 6 and no training at the moment on fridays and saturdays... i cycle 7 miles a day during the week and try and run 5 miles twice a week, then if i can during my free periods at school i do some training in the gym..and now have a private gymnastic teacher for between lessons twice a week... i dont lift many weights as i have to keep flexible but i try and hold weights out at the side - to get a mix of isometric and isotonic training... then i just have a program for my legs which is made up of squat jumps, calf raises, toe jumps etc etc then a few hundred sit ups and stuff - thts about it lol.. apart from that i just try and keep as active as possible, make sure i walk everywhere i can and always take the stairs and stuff..i think thats all lolol... just reaaaaally wish i had more time..

I don't think there is an age limit on gymnastic lessons.

does not cost too much...i dont think there are age limits, just limits on each session, like our one only accepts people over 14 for our one...but there are children ones before..
