Hey people does weight training limit the ability to do them flips and stuffs?? i know it reduces muscle flexibility..

I would say weight training is a great aid to any type of exercise. It depends how much you do what type you do and how it is affecting your body.

As long as you balance out the gains with sufficient stretching to increase flexibility, you should be okay...

Yeh i believe as long as it balenced ya alrite but its all gd as long as you feel ya doing well in tricks/pk etc then your good ;D

haha nah we 100% human ;D and its all trainin if u train 2 do some thing u can do things u didnt know u could so if u wanted 2 do parkour/tricks ne thing! then get training once again thanks for the nice comment m8

Scott the problem is that NONE of my mates do anything like that and they never head of 'parkour'!!.
its been 1 full year that i found about parkour through chase lee's old site supertrixz..

You dont NEED others to train with and you do not NEED face to face tuition. But thats besides the point because you are welcome to train with me and the people i train with in Brum. Also, you already go to Birmingham sports centre so why not go to the gymnastics or trampolining lessons aswell.

If they are interested in parkour maybe u guys should make a lil team and get training seriously parkour is spreding soo far and more teams are being annouced so u will have no problem getting help and advice also u can ask here if ya need it m8 ;D

Spike i dont know if my GYM card will allow me to do gymnastic!! am going to the birmingham sports sentre today at 5pm doing weight training if you guys are there you will find me i the weights room. am gonna be wearing a black t-shirt and a bluer addias track-suit bottoms..
