Hey guys. I just need a bit of help on my airials.
So i know the theory. I know what i need to do. but with arials does it matter how wide you open your legs in the air. because your legs have to be quite wide to get the other leg over. I can do arials i start reach out bring the first leg over and pull my arm down. its just i always dont get the other leg over quick enough. and i always land on 1 foot. and fall over. Any tips.
And Gainers. Im kinds scared to go gainers coz i tried it once and landed on my neck but neverthe less im trying them tho. Now are there any tips i need to know. I have the backflip down and sound. And special tips i need or what. Such as Dont run to fast or stuff liek that.
£) Side flips i havet actually attempted them yet but are they easy just general tips onthem please. thanks

I'm not the best person to give advice on these things, so I'll wait a bit. If no one's replied with tips by the weekend, I'll tell you what I can. Just letting you know the question's not being ignored

gainers are extrmely easy simply jump almost straight up and throw your arms up and tuck your legs,if you have no fear you will get it first try.you can also do running gainers where you take off on your opposite foot and kick the other onestraight up. try them both off something like 4 feet tall and you should be fine.
