Heh, you get a w*****s arm. Thats where one arm is hugely bigger than the other... Hey I take that personally! I've been playing the cello since i was like 7 and i've got a freakishly large right forearm as a result! There's even a massive dent where the muscle overlaps a little near the elbow... uh what was this thread about?... oh handstands. yeah um blood rushing looks wierd. specially if you try doing handstand pushups. after about 10 you'd be certain that several veins had burst around the head region.

Handstand pushups are fun, and if you've developed a good amount of upper body strength, you can do more than 10 without feeling in danger of busting your skull open from the pressure. It really used to be that way with me, too, but not anymore.
Anysway, can anyone advise on how to slowly get into a handstand, so as to carefully do a rail one, such that the momentum of swinging into position does not throw one over the rail, causing death?
Avoiding the death would be good, but I want to be able to do those handstands on high rails!
Thanks.

LOL..yeh avoiding death is something we like to promote =)=)
erm..i would maybe tuck up into them and then push my legs up so there is no swing over?? by pulling with the stomach muscles rather than swinging with the legs?

I'd love to learn from the legendary chase armatage. Seriously. But I'm in the US, so unless I hit the lottery, no can do. Have you guys gotten that gym thing going yet? Me, my little bro, and our friend started pk over the summer. It was actually the evolution video that got us into it. It's fun. We've even made our first video.

I'm also interested in learning how to go into a handstand on a railing. A great deal of care has to be taken, I'd imagine. The slightest loss of balance will send you toppling over.
Anyone have tips for this?
