Sorry if my english is rusty 'cause it's been 2 years since de last time I had a real english course (yeah i'm from Québec, Canada), well anyway...Our team just made a video, I would like to know what do you think of it. We've been doing PK for about 1 month now and trickin' for 3 weeks almost. Maybe you won't be able to download it 'cause geocities sucks and it gives us like 1k of bandwidth per year (lol, kiddin') www.geocities.com/heianliadon/first_apparition.zip( right click save as)I tested it so it should work 'til I have no tranfer left

Its good, i would try and focus a bit on perfecting your moves though, they are all a bit rusty. Its all about practice, keep training and you will pick it up in no time. Just try and add a little more flow in you PK. Nice one, spike

The wallflip part is from today, I learned to do them last friday with the blue mat on the wall and I tryed today with nothing. Thank for your comments Spike

No its definetly a good starting point, no pointless drops, decent roles. I liked it, like i say i am sure with practice you will be very good.

Thats definetly the way, as graftin said, perfect moves and then move on. Try and get them as smooth as you can on both sides then add some more.

Ya, I think that's what I'll do... anyway I can't learn anymore move for the moment, i'm at the top for now. And doing them both side is a great idea (for me at least) because I really want to improve my technique wich is kinda bad for now. The other ones are really young and they're all doing gymnastic so for them it won't be a problem. Thanx guys for your advices, really helps.

Personally I only know how to do a few trick related moves but the ones I know how to do I have the technique down to a T. (btw I have no idea what the T stands for )
