Hey all,
Basically im looking to improve my upper body strength, however, im 6ft3, fairly skinny but not dangerously skinny and weigh just under 10st. My lower body is fine, howver i really struggle to improve my arm strenght, despite what i eat, or what exercises i do. To be honest my arm strength is almost none lol. I am just wondering what sort of exercises you recommend to build up my arm strength, how often i should do them, and how many etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
