Hey guys just wanted to through this out there because its so important. Strech alot before and after u do any kind of exersie...soooo many benifits so ill only name a few 1). Flexablity incresses (DUH) 2). Not sore after training...sorness is caused by a buildup of lactic acid in ur muscles from them not getting enough oxygen (dont wory this is perfectly normal for everyone so dont hypervetalate ) well when this happens u go though a anerobic state and ur body has to produce energy without oxygen..the only byproduc is this acid...so streching basicly rings out the acid or stops it from collecting in ur muscles..very benifital indeed. hope this helps...and if anyone needs any tips for streching or streching tips for certain areas post here safe -Obe

just been reading stuff on this forum and ide like to know more...
ive been a fitness fanatic since i was 14(17 now),lifting weights,doing crazy stuff in th park like climbing up trees and jumping off and gettin hurt...my upper body flexibility is good but when it comes to my lower body(legs,hips...) im as flexible as a brick...ive started going to a gymnastics club to learn the basics..flips,handstands,etc...we do a warm up then intensive stretching...ive finding it so hard to do the splits(front,side and box splits)...
can anyone offer me some advice on how to work up to doing them...
