why does it need to be visible?? as long as the strength is there its ok erm...sit ups lol..i do about 200 a day..v sits..errrm also hanging from the bar and lifting your legs up helps work the lower ones... Quite interestingly i found the best thing was doing loads of kip ups.. i dont know what you are doing already but hope that helps a bit...

I totally agree with scott on this 1, its not about making them visable to show off,
But ill still give you my help on getting them bigger and stronger...
Ive always done loads of situps etc..
But i think the way mine got to be quite strong was from backfliping soo much, you just dont know how much force you put your stomach through untill you do backflips all the time....its basically your abdominal musscles fighting the gforces of spinning, and needing them to keep your body tucked...its like doing a g-force sit up lol....so if myou can do b-flips do um loads if not...just do as many crunches and situps as you can, find ways to do um differently and use weights on your upper body to increase the work out.....i seem to use these new machienes alot since our local sports centre gym has been fully re-furbished with some amazing equiptment...just do it as much as you can basically.

I don't agree with this sit-ups for six pacs thing (bit contraversial) truth is we all, i mean ALL have a nice little 8 pack under there working its ass of, the problem is we have fat covereing it you need very low body fat to have a developed 8 pack. True that it should be about strengthening rather than showing it off but a little showing off never hurt anyone as long as it isn't top of your list there is no problem. To get a 8 pack you need to loose fat, simple as that. Cut down the calories a little and do some more trainin to increase you metabolism, i honestly beleive that to be the only way.

Spike is correct,if you want to show your six pack its all about eating healthy, your abs obviously get bigger when doing workouts for them but if you want them to be visible, eat healthy

I'm quite thin so mine show up really well but its all about the strength of them though. I think running helped mine develop a lot as well as upside-down situps on bars thingys. My 8 Pac is coming out now but my baggy-ass skater boxers usually cover most of it up. d**n my fashion sense...

If you wish for them to be visible, jog. you cannot see them because of your weight most prob. Im not even close to being fat but I still have a good amount of chunk on me, so if you want everything to pop out (cept ur nuts) you gotta loose that love meat! or maybe its just your age (if your young) I wouldn't worry about it too much mate, girls like arses more then anything else so worry about that. lol.

Heh, a sweet rear makes it last a year. Some guy once said that I think or maybe I just made it up and I'm trying to make it sound as if I know what I'm talking about...

i have to disagree. having a pac does not require 'just' low body fat. take marathon runners for example they have extremely low body fat but they don't have the pac your probably after. obviously having low body fat does make them more visible but you still have to make them stronger as well through situps and other exercises

Anyone below a certain body fat percentage has an eight pac, obviously how it looks is up to muscle development which requires exercise but its there, it is simply the way your body is made. So having an eight pac is "just" about body fat, the way it looks isn't.

you cant see everyones six-pac's. Some people just cant get there six pac to show. My firend trains hard to get it to show but he cant. I trained a little and already its showing.

You probably have a quicker matabolism, like i say its not just about training its about having low body fat. Some people have very stubborn fat around their stomach and may find it hard to shift. Six-pacs are not a symbol of fitness, i know lazy bastards who have six-pacs and i know people who are very fit who do not have any definition. Its just an aesthetic thing.
