Is that actually the same move from both angles? it looks like you are setting up for something other than what you do when it chages view.

I have a problem with confidence, mainly because I train on my own so its hard to push yourself so I train in a gym first then take it outside, normal sized matts or that bouncy gym floor is pritty good, foam pits are awsome for trying out crazy moves... or just some place to dive into when the gym ticket collector comes!
So just train on whatever surface you feel ok on. Blwagh!

Nice one ! I know a lad called Chris, he's about your size in height, I cant get him to do pk or motivate him to do any sort of fitness, he's a big lad but he isnt that fat if you get me. I got him doin some circuit training but he wont do it without me which is a pain because im busy most of the time. He's too worried about what people think of him and he doesnt realise how much it is effecting his life.
Keep at it mate, you've shown the dedication to make a change, keep it up!

Yeah well i have spent my entire life doing fitness related activties. Been a martial artist since i was about 5. Spent the first 14 years trying to get as big as humanly possible and then decided to stream line, something i have finally done. Height wise he shouldn't have a problem, i mean for all the problems you get with being taller you get an equal amount of advantages which is nice. Would love to say something inspirational that would help you get him training but for me its all because i love it so i havent really got any tips for motivation. Sorry
