Truely is and its all i drink, it is in my opinion the best thing you can possibly give your body. Seems obvious and slightly cliche' but I feel it is somewhat overlooked. I have a large circle of friends who are dedicated to keeping healthy and training but the only thing they do not accept (not all of them) is how important this drink is. I would begin to explain its benifits but this post would be to long you would stop reading So more details can be found here www.trickstutorials.com they have an interesting section on water under the channels tab.

This section is health and fitness, i beleive this is proberbly one of the most important things related to health and fitness, i dont understand what your problem is. If this goes against some kind of guideline i am not aware of then i welcome its deletion but if not then why comment if you do not care?

Hmm, tis rather intriguing. I'm gonna try and drink more water from now on. The only problem is that I get drunk a lot, I love it but it might be killing my liver. I'll try and cut down but its usually the best way for me to try crazy stuff in Cambridge without caring about the consequences too much...

Yeah man, i think the worst thing about alcohol is the effect it can have on training, i mean i dont get that affected by drink but the next day i never feel like training and i pisses me off. So much that i haven't drunk since last new years. Saying that i am going for a drink this week, probably be another year after that though, lol. Good luck on cutting down.
