iam totally new to dis sport i tried doing da basics like landing roll and roll but i had trouble with dah wall run i keep slipping off is it my shoes?or my technicand i dun know if iam rlly fit for dis sport.also probably da only arab in dah gulf doing it. iam like a 1.74cm nd weigh about 64kg nd i do squash will dat help?
