Serious if you could set that up it would be amazing. But i live to far away. I was just thinking are you guys just allowed to go to the gym anytime you want. And are you allowed to do anythign you want. Also i would love to come train with you guys from team Evo. It would be amazing. Ive always wanted to try the good old 360 wall flips. So if you guys could just come over to Gloucestershire Gym Center ;D I would be a regular. Its only 2 housrs away by car.

Guys, I have very broad sholders, When I do handstands I was putting them too close togehter, so I parted my hands about an extra inch or so away, now I can use my lats and pacs in my belly to support myself more, easyer to walk etc...
SO if you have a problem with balence, try parting your hands abit more!

I have been working on getting my upper body stronger so i cud try n hold handstands 4 ages. So i got my dad to hold my legs while i was in a handstand position and just held myself in that position.

Um, the only way to stop the blood rushing to your head is to stop your heart beating, but if you do that... then you got some real problems, lol. Nothing you can do about it mate, sorry.

To reduce it, look forward as much as possible, so your looking infront of yourself, that should help. I dont have any problem with blood rushing to my head, maybe thats why.

Okay, so ... I'm not very good with a regular handstand, but I'm set practicing and I'm pretty sure all it's gonna take now is some patience as I build balance and strength. Question: can anyone think of a reason why a one-handed handstand is inherently a bad idea? I can do one-handed press-ups and au-batidos, so it's an idea I've been playing around with for a while. So far, I can hold it for about two seconds ... I'd like to turn it into a solid skill over the next year.
Thoughts?

have thought about it...but a one handed handstand is a completely different thing to a handstand and requires different technique/muscles.. only similarity is you are upside down...lol
one handed pushups...errr...the only reason i would say its a "bad idea" is i wouldnt want to subject a single shoulder to tht stress really for long periods of time and my arm would become huge - just one haha
dont doubt it is doable though
