hey do any of you guys have this problem when doing a handstand?? i dont know why but when i do a handstand (not for long) my jaws hurt! does that happen to anyone else?

Anyways.. lol.. any 1 got any tips on how to stay up longer when doing an handstand and to stay in the same spot, cause i always end up going backwards lol

yup, its all about spreading your fingers and getting a wider base to ballence on....the alitity to do long handstands is all about the strength in your wrists...if you start falling a certain way, you use your wrists to push the opposite way....so just practice practice PRACTICE...its all you need to do, it will build the strength you need from doing them all the time.... And a good benifit from handstands is you get the strongest upper body you could need lol....trust me...ive seen my cousin and little bro cole, who couldnt really do them at 1 stage, become masters at them...and if you look at their bodys now...there built so intencely strong..your shoulder muscles condence and you are able to see ever little muscle...its a good exercise for strength....... if you get good enought at handstands..it might give you the strength to hold back a 50cc scooter ;D "private joke lol" no what i mean cole we gota get that pic uploaded/ cheers, practice them handstands when ever you can chase

i just did a handstand and used my wrists to keep balance and its alot easyer to stay up longer and in the same place.. ;D lol

No worries at all, i wana teach parkour/tricks and martial arts in my own gym soon,... ;D would anyone be up for coming to some of my classes if they ever happen?... ya would be well free to do what you want, but id be there for those who wanted help just somthing to think about cheers chase
