We should start a handstand poll and keep sending advice and pictures and encouragement back and forth until everyone on the poll can do them ... "Tell me what u think and if i am doin it right lol" "I'm no expert in handstands, infact i cant even do one!" "I love handstands, really need to practice more." " i need to practise to get thm as straight as possible...i cnt hold thm for lng either" "...im really tryign to work on mine..." And me ... "Yay! Yesterday I broke five seconds for the first time!!!" Handstands rule.

Fallen on your head . You need to work on your strength then rather than anything else. Your own body weight is the only thing you should be able to easily hold, practically forever. The only problem I can see people having is balance. That would not make you fall on your head so i would go for some serious training. Handstand press-ups (mind your head), press ups, tricep dips etc. If you have access to free weights also use them but dude, falling on your head is an issue you need to rectify, keep training , Spike

If you get sum1 to hold yr legs in a handstand position so u are balanced then hold it or bend yr arms and push yrself up like press-ups but upside down. That really helped me for strength.

I think it better when u a bit better bend your arm ... its require more strength but its more stable i do it like that
(I can be than i think it wrong.)

YEAH HANDSTAND ROCK, NO DOUBT ;D but im still not sure weather to knock up a little handstand sampler, would'nt it get boaring, ill do a poll to see who wants one, and who dosent Kepp practicing people, the benifits are super ;D once you master handstands, try the flag poll move, or the superman bar hold as its known...i held that for like 10 seconds a few days ago, not bad chase

Depends how you put it together Chase. To make it interesting to those who are not specifically interested it would take some amazing editing. But for me personally i think it would be a great idea, showing different situations to use it could help people out (me) with their own techniques.
