i got a silver metal nunchuckers!! they are very hard to use i keep hitting my back and my forearms with it!

hahah what are you complaining about?? Practise will make you better as well as build up your back and forearms =)=) double bonus!! Remember controoooool...use your wrists to slow the impact on your body and increase impact on the person you are trying to hit... haha i have a brilliant nunchuka video from a comp in the states...so funny...ill try and find it...

Nice little vid. They do look alot more controlled now, although they were still very good before in my opinion.

i think all i need to do now is to improve the spring in my jump, and to try to get my legs properly straight when about 1/2 to 3/4 through. almost there

weh hey ;D u can totally see the progression on them man well done, now u look like u trust the height abit more, which is great, thats the fear for most, is jumpin backwards off somthin high, an u cracked that, so keep up the training mate, an keep showin the progression

well when I first tried a walflip I had my trustly couz spot me so I felt confident, it took a few times 2 get used 2 it but after like 20 mins I landed perfect, but honestly once u land perfect for the frist time dnt hold back jst keep practising, but I advice u 2 have a spotter first jst 2 get used it it m8 but remember give it every thing u got! I was alone in the park and landed on my knee's the first time I tryed a wallflip, lol.
